All payments made to Growth Dots for services, campaigns, or packages are non-refundable.
Once a project, campaign, or service has been initiated, no cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.
We dedicate significant time, effort, and resources to plan and execute your project as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Since digital marketing services involve intangible assets, research, and strategy development, payments are considered as service fees and cannot be reversed.
Refunds or credits will only be considered if:
A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
The service has not been initiated by our team due to unforeseen internal reasons.
Clients may request to discontinue services at any time; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the service.
Any dues for completed work or ongoing services must still be cleared.
In the rare event that Growth Dots is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, we reserve the right to cancel the service. In such cases, clients will be eligible for a pro-rata refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.
