We value every client and strive to provide the best possible services. Before you proceed, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments made to Growth Dots for services, campaigns, or packages are non-refundable.

  • Once a project, campaign, or service has been initiated, no cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.

2. Service Commitment

  • We dedicate significant time, effort, and resources to plan and execute your project as soon as the payment is confirmed.

  • Since digital marketing services involve intangible assets, research, and strategy development, payments are considered as service fees and cannot be reversed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or credits will only be considered if:

  • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.

  • The service has not been initiated by our team due to unforeseen internal reasons.

4. Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients may request to discontinue services at any time; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the service.

  • Any dues for completed work or ongoing services must still be cleared.

5. Cancellations by Growth Dots

  • In the rare event that Growth Dots is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, we reserve the right to cancel the service. In such cases, clients will be eligible for a pro-rata refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.
